Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs Used For Fatigue
Fatigue is a symptom of many problems, including anemia, diabetes, hepatitis, low blood sugar, and thyroid issues.
Common factors that contribute to low energy are a lack of balance in the diet(mal-nutrition), exercise, work and social life.
A balanced diet provides digestive enzymes needed for your body to process nutrients to create energy from food. It's truly a sign you are missing something in your diet.
So if you are fatigued...You totally need to juice!!
You'll want to clean up your diet from any processed foods and try juicing every day to ensure you get some great nutrition into your body.
Start with easy, simple juices and work your way up to adding in a few greens. Greens provide great energy as they feed your blood cells and give you a boost.
Start off your day with a fresh glass during breakfast and always add a few sprigs of fresh parsley to your juice.
Siberian Ginseng or True American Ginseng give me great energy when I add it to my juice or in some water.
Try these things instead of your morning coffee for a few weeks...you just might be surprised!
