Leafy greens are excellent sources of vitamin A and chlorophyll and good souces of vitamin C with some calcium, iron and potassium.

For Juicing
Wash and roll along stem into a long cylinder and feed through tube by tapping. It is good practice to dilute green juice four parts to 1 with a milder juice or water. Because of its bitter taste its more palatable with a sweeter juice.
Juice yield
Greens do not have a high juice yield. Generally, it takes quite a few leaves to get about ½ cup of juice.
