I am 65 and tired all the time. After eating at a raw food cafe and tasting their fabulous juices, I knew this was something I could do to feel better.
I have eliminated sweets and diet colas already. I am juicing twice a day and having so much fun. This is day 4 for me. I feel lighter and hope the energy elevates soon! This website has been so helpful. I enjoy reading what others share.

Add lots of greens to your juices, and include as much raw food in your diet as you can. Just a smoothie once a day plus daily juicing will really enhance your life. And if you like sweets, try out the raw food desserts recipes by Ani Phyo. Love, love, love!
