Sage Sunrise Juice is from the Herbal Juices chapter of the book, one of the 18 different chapters and 425 recipes. Sage is amazing for it's brain boosting qualities, so why not juice this beautiful herb?
CARROTS These sweet veggies are high in beta-carotene. They have many nutrients that are beneficial for boosting immunity, glowing skin and battle infections.
PEAR Pears have pectin in them that remain in the juice - this helps sweep toxins away and may help to reduce cholesterol. They are a diuretic and may have a laxative effect.
SAGE Sage has been known for being a memory enhancer and promoting better brain function.
GINGER Extremely anti-inflammatory and fantastic for preventing nausea and aiding digestion.
1 small bunch of sage sprigs
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
Core the pear and cut it into slices. Juice the carrots, pear, sage and ginger together. Serve immediately.
