Provides antioxidant and anti-cancer benefits
Health benefits of tomato juice
This juice is high in lycopene and glutathione (powerful antioxidants) which reduce the risk of many cancers. Lycopene is also thought to help maintain mental and physical functioning and absorbed by the body easier when tomatoes are juiced. They also contain glutamic acid which is metabolized by the body into GABA(gamma-amino butyric acid), a calming agent known to be effective for kidney hypertension. Great to have after a stressful day to calm.
