Breakfast smoothies are the BEST thing to have in the morning for these reasons:
1) They are quick and easy with little clean up
2) Fruit is always the best breakfast. Your body is able to digest it well on an empty stomach and allows your system to cleanse.
3) It’s always a good day to start the day with clean eating and lots of vitamins and nutrients.
4) I find it a good way to maintain or lose weight, as smoothies are generally low fat and do keep you full.
I personally try to make breakfast smoothies every morning, when I can. I usually keep frozen bananas, fruit and greens in my freezer to make it as quick and easy as possible.
