Health Bars

Here is a great granola bar recipe made with juice pulp. Thanks LGW-

I have an Omega 350HD so the pulp is pretty dry. I mix about 3 cups of the pulp(made from carrot, apple, celery, kale, ginger) with 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup each of pumpkin seeds/almonds/sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup agave nectar, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 egg. Mix well and pack into a pan so that it is no more than 1/4 inch thick.

Bake for 45 minutes, cool, cut into squares and enjoy.

At what temperature did you bake it? And is it a total of 1 1/2 c seeds/nuts? Thanks!
