Spinach Juice Soup

This recipe makes a great spinach (and fresh) spinach soup! A unique recipe...

  • One very large bunch of Spinach
  • One bunch of silver beets
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • juice of half a lemon

  • half an onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • half a teaspoon grated ginger

Juice the vegetables.

In a teaspoon of oil saute the onion, garlic and ginger. When soft, add juice and cook for about 5 minutes. Do not over boil. Serve with juice of half a lemon and chopped parsley. Add salt and some cracked pepper to taste (optional).
