Pulp Jello

by Tim Lewis
(Osage City KS)

Any juice pulp seems to work well in a complementary jello.
Great to get the benefit of the pulp without cooking.

Note from Vanessa: LOVE this idea! Go to the supermarket, get a package of jello (healthy, all natural alternative brands preferred, of course-beware of colorings and fake sugars)and mix in the pulp right after you make the jello, before you pour it into a mold so it can all set together nicely.
