Sunrise Digestion Juice with Fennel & Aloe

Ok, Juice Lover, I've got a really good and unique juice for you today - my Sunrise Digestion Juice.

But first -- the backstory.

I've never really had fennel growing up (my mom is from Brazil, and I don't think they eat much of that there) ...

I've had it maybe once or twice at a restaurant in a salad.  I also had heard it tasted like licorice and I'm not a fan of that.

One day, I decided I would juice it, because really, what could I make with it anyway?  Those fennel soups I always see Martha Stewart making didn't look appetizing to me.

I knew that it was great for digestion, bloating and a happy, calm stomach.  I also knew there was a chance it could have a fresh, light flavor.

I'm happy to say that I loved it, and have since made many juices with it.

Sunrise Digestion Juice with Fennel & Aloe

I'm sorry fennel, I judged you!  I really do like you.

I made a fantastic digestion juice remedy from it - I call it the Sunrise Digestion Juice - that I'm so excited to share with you.

So if you're suffering from an ill, sour stomach, ate something you wish you didn't, or are suffering from some bloating, try this.

I've combined aloe vera juice with it because this goes hand in hand with making a soothing digestion combo.  You can buy it at your local grocery or health food store, just make sure you get a good, pure brand.

Benefits of Fennel & Aloe in Juice

Fennel and aloe are both very good for your digestion.  Fennel promotes a healthy digestive tract by acting as a gentle natural laxative, helping to remove toxins from the colon.  Aloe is soothing to the digestive tract and stomach.  It's used widely to calm heartburn within minutes and soothe digestive issues.
