Two handfuls of kale
About a cup of green cabbage
Three good pinches of cilantro
One whole bunch of romaine lettuce
Three cloves of garlic
1" of ginger root
1/2 of a beet
1 Whole lemon with skin
1 Hot banana pepper
1/4 Cucumber
2 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
2 Apples
Blend with ice into a smoothie.
