Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs Used For Kidney Stones
High fiber, high fluid, and low protein diets are the best preventive medicine for kidney stones. So lot's of water, and lots of plant based meals!
Diets high in animal protein encourage stone formation. They are usually formed from calcium and oxalic acid. Some are from uric acid and other mineral combinations.

Apricots, Mango, Melon, Peaches, Asparagus, Broccoli, Celery, Corn, Fennel, Leeks, Onions

Goldenrod, Marshmallow, Plantain, Nettle
