Veggie Pulp Soup

Take any of your favorite veggie pulp (fruits and herbs can be in there, also), and add it to chicken broth, sliced potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. Add some pepper and salt. Serve it over white rice.

I believe I used kale, cabbage, celery, carrots, green apples, radishes, lime and beets for the one I liked best. I put it in a crock pot with all the ingredients, and over rice it served six people.
