Cocoa Banana Fruit Leathers

by Sammi
(Michigan)

I made the fruit leathers with my juicer after learning I could do that on your homemade fruit leather page. I decided to use all bananas and mixed in some dates because that's all I had in my house. It turned out great.

5-6 ripe bananas
3 dates soaked
1 teaspoon of cocoa

Process them all through the juicer and mix the cocoa in a bowl with the mixture at the end.

Spread on a dehydrator sheet.

Dehydrate for 14 hrs at 115 degrees. Kids loved them.
