Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs Used For Depression

Good nutrition goes a long way towards helping with depression and restoring nervous system functioning!

If you are willing to change to a healthy diet full of vegetables, fruits, grains and little processed food, you might find that your mind becomes more cheery.

Studies show that many people with depression are lacking essential fatty acids in thier diets.
