Great in Dip

by Liz
(Port Norris)

My family loves dips and I often make spinach or onion dip. I mix vegetable pulp from my juice into the dips. It's usually a mix of carrot & tomatoes. It adds to the flavor and the dips have lively specs of color.

What to do with tomato pulp from juicing
by: Anonymous

Q: I used my juicer to make lots of tomato juice. I have all this wonderful pulp and don't know what to do with it. Any recommendations?

A: Try using it by mixing it in salsa, pasta salads, tomato sauce, burgers or meatballs(if you are a meat eater). Here is a link to some pulp salsa recipes:

You can freeze it if you don't want to waste, then pull it out when you have something to mix it in!
