I typically put baby spinach into my morning smoothie but today added about 1/2 cup juicer pulp instead. Delicious! When I juice I use both veggies and fruits. I have an allergy to the leafy raw greens but found I can use baby spinach, romaine and salad mixes without a problem, so there's no kale, mature spinach, beet greens (or raw beets), or any other mature leafy green in my pulp. Here's my recipe:
organic blueberry yogurt (about 1/2 cup)
organic flax milk (about 1/4 cup)
frozen organic blueberries (about 1/4 cup)
1 banana
juicing pulp (about 1/2 cup)
a couple tablespoons wheat germ
a couple tablespoons ground flax seed
ice
Put it all in a blender and blend until well mixed. It comes out super thick!
