Q: Hi! I'm about to start a juicing fast, and I was just wondering if you can give me a basic overview of when and how much and what kinds of juices I can drink throughout the day.

I dont want to buy the blueprint cleanse because it is extremely costly and I love the juice recipes you have on your website. I dont know when to drink them during the day though!

A: Hi Gillian! No need to buy a pre-made cleanse. While those are nice and easy, you're right, you can do it yourself without the cost (and it's easier then you think!).

I've put together some plans for juice fasting.

The Detoxifying Juices e-book comes with two juicing plans to help you cleanse your body.

In general, drink juices for breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks if you'd like. Listen to your body and drink more if you need. Also drink water and be sure to get good sleep and rest during this time period.

People often stress about when and how much to drink but if you listen to your body and have at least 3-4 glasses of juice you will be just fine.

It's best to drink mostly vegetable juices, but you can include a glass of fruit juice a day. If you like sweeter juices, add an apple to your veggie juices.

If you want to do a fast juice like the pre-made cleanses, you could check out thier juices and try to replicate the recipes fairly easily.
