Hello, I wanted to share with anyone interested that juicing helped lower my cholesterol. I juiced every day for 3 months and my recent blood test came out in the normal range. Sometimes I juiced for breakfast and sometimes after dinner. I didn't even juice anything specific only what I had on hand in my cabinet. I think that all of the vitamins and minerals helped my body to clean out my blood. If anyone out there has high cholesterol you should consider juicing every day. I only changed my diet a tiny bit. I also ate less eggs, cheese and meat.
