Juicing recipes for weight loss

These recipes all contain low-cal vitamin rich nutrients to help your body sweep away fat. Including herbal tincures or teas and cayenne as suggested above to any of these juices increase its vitality.

It's a great idea to replace a snack with juice OR a meal with juice. Don't forget...while juicing is fat free is is not calorie free. So just because you add juice to your diet doesn't mean you'll automatically lose weight. Calories in must be less then calories out to lose weight effectively.

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 tomatoes
  • handful of watercress

  • 2 carrots
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 4oz of alfalfa sprouts

recipe three...

  • 1 cup of chunked fresh pineapple
  • handful of any variety of grapes
  • 1 apple

recipe four...

  • 3 grapefruits
  • 2 apples of your choice
