Peachy Apple Sauce made with Juice Pulp

Ingredients:

2 c-apple pulp
2 c-peach pulp
1 c-carrot pulp
1 c-apple juice
1 c-water
1 c-sugar,stevia or honey (optional)
1/8 c lemon juice
cinnamon as desired

Directions:

Put pulp, juice and sweetener in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours and add more water as needed if too thick. Put in pint or quart jars. This recipe makes 7 pints or 5 quarts depending on size of your crockpot... process in water bath canner for 20 minutes for pints and 25 minutes quarts :) Yummy
