Juice Pulp Recipes

There are so many ways to use leftover juice pulp in your every day life. It doesn’t have to go to waste.

Some people use the juice pulp and some do not. The cooking-with-pulp argument stems from thinking that it’s not really a worthwhile addition to your diet.

If you use organic or your own homegrown produce, there is no need to worry. If you aren’t sure if you want to use the pulp, compost it or simply add to dirt right in your garden.

I find using the pulp a nice addition to enhance flavor and add fiber and choose to use it on occasion when it’s handy. It still has nutrients and fiber. Here is a compilation of commonly eaten foods that it can be added to.

Pulp tip: Freeze your pulp in plastic baggies and defrost it before you’d like to use it.
